We stand behind the quality of our diagnostic. If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We review all requests fairly and aim to provide a reasonable resolution, which may include a re-generation, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

If something went genuinely wrong on our end, we will make it right. Contact us and we will review your case with care.

Nature of the Product

Destuck provides digital diagnostic reports generated automatically and delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. You complete the full diagnostic questionnaire first; payment is requested only at the end before report generation begins.

We believe in the value of our diagnostic. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your report, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

Goodwill Review

We understand that edge cases happen. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to our standard policy, we encourage you to contact us. We review every request personally and will do our best to find a fair resolution.

Our commitment: If we made a mistake or our service failed to deliver as promised, we will always make it right — whether through a re-generated report, a partial refund, or a full refund at our discretion.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all diagnostic purchases. If the report did not meet your expectations for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email us within 14 days of purchase with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address used at checkout.
  • Date of purchase and order confirmation number (if available).
  • A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

Requests after 14 days: We may consider late requests at our sole discretion, but cannot guarantee a review or resolution for requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. The refund may appear on your statement under Paddle's name rather than Destuck.

Destuck does not issue refunds via alternative methods unless agreed in writing.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or jurisdiction. If you believe you have statutory rights that extend beyond this policy, please mention this in your refund request.

For EU and UK consumers: you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under applicable consumer law, unless the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right upon performance. By submitting payment and receiving your Report, you are consenting to immediate performance of the service. Where Paddle acts as the merchant of record, refund eligibility may also be subject to Paddle's terms.
