Destuck provides digital diagnostic reports generated automatically and delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. You complete the full diagnostic questionnaire first; payment is requested only at the end before report generation begins.
We believe in the value of our diagnostic. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your report, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all diagnostic purchases. If the report did not meet your expectations for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

To submit a refund request, please email us within 14 days of purchase with the following information:

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Destuck does not issue refunds via alternative methods unless agreed in writing.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or jurisdiction. If you believe you have statutory rights that extend beyond this policy, please mention this in your refund request.
For EU and UK consumers: you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under applicable consumer law, unless the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right upon performance. By submitting payment and receiving your Report, you are consenting to immediate performance of the service.
