About Destuck
Destuck is a team execution diagnostic service operated by Destuck (Mehdi Eyvazli), an individual entrepreneur based in Baku, Azerbaijan ("we," "us," or "our"). Destuck is offered as a digital service at destuck.com and through associated platforms.
By accessing or using Destuck, you ("User," "Client," or "Team") agree to be bound by these Terms of Reference ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing a diagnostic assessment, submitting payment, or otherwise using any Destuck service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are completing an assessment on behalf of a team or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that team or organisation to these Terms.

Description of Services
Destuck provides a team execution diagnostic tool. The service involves:
- A structured questionnaire completed by team members covering execution health across multiple dimensions.
- A payment gate presented upon completion of the questionnaire, before report generation.
- Automated processing of responses upon confirmed payment to generate a personalised diagnostic report ("Report").
- Delivery of the Report in digital format.
The Report is intended to surface patterns, strengths, and potential friction points within a team's execution dynamics. It is an informational tool only and does not constitute professional management consulting, legal, financial, psychological, or HR advice of any kind.

Use of Artificial Intelligence
Destuck's diagnostic reports are generated in part using artificial intelligence, specifically the Anthropic Claude API. By using Destuck, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your anonymised survey responses may be processed by Anthropic's API infrastructure as part of report generation.
- AI-generated content, while reviewed and structured within our framework, may contain errors, imprecisions, or interpretations that do not apply to your specific team context.
- You will apply human judgement when reading and acting on any AI-generated insights.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or free from bias.

Eligibility & Permitted Use
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Destuck. The service is intended for business and professional use.
You agree not to:
- Use Destuck for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute Reports without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with Destuck's systems or infrastructure.
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated information in diagnostic assessments.
- Use the service to harm, demean, or discriminate against any individual or group.

Payment & Pricing
Destuck operates on a pay-after-completion model. You complete the full diagnostic questionnaire first, then a payment gate is presented before your Report is generated and delivered. No payment is required to begin the diagnostic.
Prices are displayed at the payment step and are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their respective terms.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Destuck reserves the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not apply retroactively to sessions already in progress.

Intellectual Property
The Destuck framework, methodology, diagnostic structure, scoring system, visual design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Destuck (Mehdi Eyvazli). All rights are reserved.
Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your Report for internal team purposes only. You may not publish, share publicly, or commercialise any Report without our explicit written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Destuck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of the service or any Report generated.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We are not responsible for any disruptions caused by third-party platforms including Make.com, Vercel, Supabase, or any survey delivery infrastructure in use.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mehdi Eyvazli and Destuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any Report.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Data & Privacy
Your use of Destuck is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Destuck, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (where provided) or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of Destuck after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
